Hiring For Corporate Recruiter

Position: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad Work from Office
Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business-critical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and drive closures.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and timely ATS/tracker updates.
• Drive recruitment metrics and achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Candidate Profile:

• 58 years of experience in Corporate/In-house Talent Acquisition.
• Candidates with prior experience hiring US Recruiters are strongly preferred.
• Candidates with US Staffing / US Recruitment domain experience will be preferred.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within defined timelines.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms is an added advantage.
