Hiring For Compliance Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure Compliances with all Labour Laws, Liasoning with Statutory Authorities

2. Filling of Statutory compliances under various Acts i.e., ESIC, EPF, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act & Workmen Compensation Act

3. Fulfill monthly, Half Yearly & Yearly compliance requirements of Clients.

4. Respond to queries raised by client or Government Bodies like inspection notes, show cause notices, Demand letters etc. under all Labour Laws.

5. Handling site statutory issue and compliances documents send to unit manager and clients every month for monthly billing.

6. All sites Labour, ESI and PF inspection by Government Department.

7. Audit all sites as required by client.

8. All sites labour license renewal and new license, renew of WC policy.

9. Employees engagement and handling employees grievance

10. Handling bonus for all the states as per Bonus Act and distribute to all the employees.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-12 years of experience into core Compliances, Corporate Governance, or Audit.
• Experience managing multi-location and multi-functional compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to regulatory audits, statutory compliance, and governance processes.
