Process: CIBIL (Inbound Process)

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Sunday Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries professionally through inbound customer support.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC with relevant customer service experience or
• Graduates (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: 23,000 per month
• In hand Salary: 18,500 per month
