Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) | Mohali & Chandigarh | Night Shifts | International Process

Job Location: Mohali

Eligibility: Graduates (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome)

Salary & Incentives (CHAT Process)

INR 23,100 Gross Salary - INR1250 for Cab Deduction = 21,000 to 22,000 Approx..
+ Up to 7,000 Monthly Performance Bonus

+ Unlimited Monthly Upselling Incentives (*Approx. - 12,000 to 14,000, you can make minimum apart from salary based on your potential*)

You will be easily be able to make between 30-35,000 Inhand (Including Basic salary & Incentives)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international (US) customers.
• Assist customers with technical troubleshooting related to telecom services, including Internet, LAN, WAN, VPN, and Home Security.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Shift Details

• 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Offs)
• Rotational Night Shifts . For Example, any shift starting between 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
• Shift is of 9 Hours including 1 hour break.
