Role & responsibilities

• Generate reports to analyze business performance across functions periodically, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and validate various data requests through SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Document the reporting process to ensure backup and consistency.
• Ensure periodic and accurate collection and updating of data.
• Create and enhance SOPs and reports.
• Execute SOP-driven performance to meet weekly, monthly and yearly quality, compliance, productivity, and TAT targets.
• Respond promptly to escalations, fix issues immediately and provide RCA and preventive actions.
• Collaborate closely with Vendor Management, Sales, Partner Support and OS agencies to ensure the process is on track.
• Forecast volume in assigned queues, plan capacity and manage resources, infrastructure, queues, shifts and cross-training.
• Develop, implement and monitor training programs within the team.
• Manage projects, taking accountability and ensuring timely execution.
• Be flexible to work in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Exhibit strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently on projects.
• Flexible to travel to vendor sites to provide training and ensure the process is streamlined.
• Being the face of Swiggy in the market and standing up for the values we believe in.
