Job Overview

We are looking for a Qualified CA with strong experience in FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, P&L analysis, management reporting, and business performance analytics. The role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial performance, reporting accuracy, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month/period-end closing, financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Perform P&L analysis and variance analysis against Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year.
• Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and periodic financial planning cycles.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations with actionable business insights.
• Manage and review trade/merchandise accruals, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to resolve reporting issues and improve financial performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and financial controls.
• Build and maintain complex financial models using Advanced Excel.
• Use SAP, Business Objects, Essbase, Tableau, and other reporting/analytics tools for data extraction and analysis.

Required Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and financial reporting/analytics tools.
• Good analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Tableau/BI tools experience is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
