Reporting To: Business Finance Lead

Location: Head Office Okhla, Delhi

Role Overview

Responsible for sales closure, scheme analysis, pricing, budgeting, and financial reporting, partnering with Sales and Category teams to drive profitability, ensure financial accuracy, and strengthen financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly sales closing and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Analyse sales schemes, discounts, and promotional spends.
• Coordinate with Sales/Category teams on pricing and profitability.
• Prepare monthly business review decks and MIS reports.
• Manage accounting entries for credit notes (CN) and debit notes (DN).
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Evaluate and approve special discounts/schemes within delegated authority.
• Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Sales Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP/ERP.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
