We are hiring for the position of Branch Manager Life Insurance – Agency & APC Vertical for a leading Life Insurance company.

Job Locations: Chennai, Coimbatore, Pondicherry, Trichy, Tirunelveli & Madurai

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving branch business targets by building a sustainable and productive distribution force.
• Manage branch costs and ensure smooth business operations.
• Successfully implement various tactical and strategic business initiatives.
• Effectively manage Sales Managers and build a cohesive and high-performing business unit.
• Coach, train, and support reporting Managers.
• Monitor and review the performance of Managers and provide necessary guidance.
• Lead by example in all areas of business and provide clear direction.
• Review and track the growth of Managers to ensure achievement of their individual budgets.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness to requirements from the Regional / Zonal / National Head.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 years of experience in Insurance Sales
Minimum 3 years of Team Handling experience
Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills
Experience in Agency / APC channel will be preferred.

CTC: Up to 15 LPA + Incentives
