Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager Taxation to manage tax compliances, reconciliations, assessments, and tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory tax compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of GST/TDS returns and Income Tax returns.
• Handle GST/ITC reconciliations, TDS reconciliations, tax provisions and MIS.
• Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors and statutory authorities for notices, assessments and audits.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management on their impact.
• Identify tax risks and support tax planning and optimisation.
• Maintain tax records and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, Legal, Procurement and Business teams.

Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of relevant taxation experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and tax accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial statements.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP/ERP.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines.
