Hiring : ASM - Leading FMCG Brand (Personal Care)

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1. Daily market visit along with ISR to provide on the job training
• 2. Ensure adherence of admin protocol by field force- reports submission, attendance monitoring etc...
• 3. Distributor visit, ensure claims & damage settlement as and when required
• 4. Physical checking of stock levels at Distributor point.
• 5. Monitor CFA operations & stock levels as required.
• 6. Ensure ISRs are working as per PJP and as per company mobile app policy
• 7. Effectively plan town wise targets and ISR PJP
• 8. Ability to fill manpower & DB vacancies without affecting business.
• 9. Conduct weekly & monthly review meeting with team
• 10. Supervision & execution of promotional activities or display schemes as and when planned by management.
