We are hiring for AR Calling and Senior Process Associate - US Healthcare-AR Process WFH

The Company is a one-stop solution center based out of Hyderabad with a captive client in cardiology, GI and surgical centers, which take care of US medical billing and insurance-related activities. INTELLISIGHT is an associate company of INTELLISIGHT LLC, USA.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable for US healthcare providers and physicians.
• Handle denials, rejections, and appeals with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending claims to maximize revenue.
• Document actions taken during physician billing for accurate record-keeping.
• RCM, Denial Management, Physician billing, Provider side compulsory.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1 to 6 years of experience in US healthcare AR operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare concepts and denial management.
• Comfortable with fixed night shifts (6PM to 3AM) with transportation allowances
• Immediate preferred.
