Job Description / Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement global and regional sales strategies in line with organizational goals.
• Drive sales across markets (Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, etc.)
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets through direct sales and distributor/channel networks.

Business Development:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build strategic alliances with key clients, CMOs, and distribution partners.
• Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and long-term supply agreements.

Marketing Leadership:

• Design and execute B2B marketing campaigns to promote APIs and bulk drug portfolios.
• Oversee brand development, participation in international trade shows/exhibitions.
• Monitor competitor and adjust strategies accordingly.

Forecasting & Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, sales forecasts, and budget adherence.
• Provide strategic insights to the leadership team based on data-driven analysis.

Financial Planning:

• Get best price from the market based on market research and price trend.
• Improve collection and ensure that payments are as per agreed TAT.
