HIRING FOR EXPERIENCED AR CALLER :

Job Description:

We are looking for an AR Caller with 18+ months of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies on outstanding claims, resolving denials, analyzing accounts receivable, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid and denied claims.
• Analyze AR accounts and take appropriate actions for claim resolution.
• Review claim status, denials, underpayments, and payment postings.
• Document account activities accurately and maintain complete records.
• Identify aging trends and escalate complex issues as required.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client policies.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 18+ months of experience in AR Calling / Claims Follow-up.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
• Understanding of Medical Billing, Denial Management, and RCM processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
