Hiring For a BSM - CASA (Current & Saving Account) Products.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products through field sales.
• Identify and approach potential customers, including individuals, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
• Promote and sell banking products to meet monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and networking.
• Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and KYC procedures.
• Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Full-time graduate from a regular college (10+2+3 or 10+2+4).
• 15 years of experience in CASA or Current Account field sales.
• Age between 22 and 28 years.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field sales and customer meetings.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of developing new business opportunities.
