We are hiring Service Coordinator for pune location

Role & responsibilities

Daily Service Request creation for Field Service team in Quest App to ensure Job Card creation.

• Follow up with TM in Obtaining monthly reports for all AMC / FMC Contracts in Time.
• Coordination with Service Engineers for Service Invoicing Includes dispatch of Invoices to respective sites.
• Maintaining Daily Pulse file & ensuring completion of actions
• Offer preparation AMC, FMC, Services & E&C
• Vendor Bills Process Including Approval & PO release for Vendor Services.
• Customer complaint Handling - FOC preparation, Approvals & Material follow up till dispatch.
• Tender submission for Service in Govt. Portal.
• Various Sales & Service Report generation for MRM
• Coordination between Site engineers and Quest Team.
• Preparation of Consumable spares for Project site wise for FMC Contract jointly with Service TM.
• Follow up in Supplying of FMC Spares to sites & Auditing Month on Month by Maintaining Records for consumption Pattern.
• Maintaining the Data of Installation of OEM Equipment's wise, Having Track on Vendor Installation.
• Coordination with purchase and Legal Team for Renewal / New service Agreement timely execution.
• Close Coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Handling customer calls and transferring to respective TM/ RSM on call details.
