Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in US healthcare RCM AR calling.
• Practical exposure to:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Denial Management
• Insurance Follow-up
• Physician Billing / Hospital Billing

• Candidates who can join immediately or are serving a short notice period will be given preference.

• Availability of all employment and educational documents, including:

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working on physician billing and hospital billing accounts.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers.
• Strong understanding of claim adjudication, denials, and appeals.
• Ability to work independently and achieve productivity targets.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
