Hiring Experienced AR callers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding medical claims.
• Analyze AR accounts and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and pending claims.
• Review insurance responses and take appropriate actions for claim resolution.
• Update account notes accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Identify aging trends, perform root cause analysis, and escalate critical issues.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to client policies.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Accounts Receivable.
• Hands-on experience in ATHENA software (Added Advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of claim adjudication, denials, and insurance follow-up.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Team player with flexibility to work in different shifts.

Preferred: Experience in US Healthcare AR Calling and Denial Management.
