Hiring Executive

What do you need to succeed at?

Must-haves/You're good at:

• End to End Recruitment in IT, Gathering requirements from Managers.
• Lateral or Leadership hiring for IT profiles like Net, Angular, React, Python, etc.
• Prepare and design the Job Description/Job specification, Post JDs by mentioning the exact requirements.
• Searching and screening CVs using a database, social networks, social media, various Job Posting sites, etc.
• Calling, Shortlisting, and screening the best suitable candidates as per the open position Right match for the right job.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Meeting daily calling or sourcing target, post job openings on various portals.
• Taking feedback from the Panel after Interviews and updating the status, Maintaining the database.
• Checking emails, inquiries- replying to them forwarding the same to the concerned authorities.
• Experience working with Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, PDF, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of IT and Non IT roles & hiring trends.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Email, and Internet tools.
