Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Gritzo products to customers at retail stores.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Ensure product availability, timely stock replenishment, and proper shelf merchandising.
• Maintain attractive product displays and enhance brand visibility at retail outlets.
• Generate customer leads and collect feedback to improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the Reporting Manager.
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Desired Qualifications and Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
