Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing Executive to support the Costing Department in maintaining and updating vendor costs, purchase prices, sales rates, stock transfer rates, and other costing-related data. The role will also involve vendor reconciliation, pricing analysis, contribution analysis, and stock ageing analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update cost prices for vendors for semi-finished and finished goods.
• Maintain vendor sales rates for raw materials, moulding items, and rejected FG/SFG.
• Update and maintain vendor purchase prices.
• Prepare and maintain rates for sample boards.
• Maintain stock transfer rates for raw materials, moulding, and semi-finished goods.
• Conduct vendor reconciliation for sales and purchase transactions.
• Assist in pricing and contribution analysis for finished goods.
• Analyse stock ageing and prepare related reports.
• Maintain accurate costing data, records, and documentation.
• Prepare MIS and reports as required by the department.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential data.

Qualification

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
