We are hiring experienced professionals for Prior Authorization, Verification of Benefits (VOB), and Eligibility Verification (EV) processes.

Location : Chennai
Experience: 1-5 Years
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: 41,000 Take-Home (based on the years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Prior Authorization and insurance verification processes.
• Perform VOB and Eligibility Verification.
• Make calls to US insurance companies and verify patient benefits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow process guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and insurance representatives.

Requirements:

• 15 years of relevant experience in US healthcare / medical billing.
• Prior Authorization, VOB, or EV experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
