Job Title: SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks
• Drive shift-left testing by integrating automation early in the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster feedback
• Mentor and guide QA/SDET team members on best practices and technical excellence
• Identify gaps in test coverage and introduce innovative solutions using GenAI and agentic automation
• Analyze test results, debug failures, and ensure stable and reliable automation suites
• Define and enforce QA processes, standards, and quality metrics
• Continuously improve test efficiency, reduce execution time, and minimize false failures
