We are looking for an experienced Delivery Account Manager to lead Application Support engagements for Banking clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivery governance, stakeholder management, and ITSM-driven support environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project engagements and customer accounts
• Drive 24x7 Application Support delivery with effective shift planning
• Strong understanding of Banking domain Core Banking, Digital, Lending, and Cards
• Coordinate with SDLs, Support Engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management)
• Drive governance, CSAT, and service improvement initiatives
• Conduct ticket trend analysis, backlog reduction, and ageing analysis
• Lead client governance meetings and stakeholder communication
• Ensure proper documentation (SOPs, Runbooks, KEDB)
• Support team mentoring, staffing, and delivery management

Required Skills

18 - 20 years of experience in Application Support / Delivery Management
Strong exposure to Banking & Financial Services customers
Understanding of OS, Middleware, and Database environments
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
Experience in client relationship management & governance
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
