Job Role: Healthcare Support / Customer Support Executive / Customer Service Executive

Experience: 0-4 years

Salary

• - Freshers: 2.05 LPA 4.0 LPA
• - Experienced: Up to 6.5 LPA, depending on experience, skills process
  
  

Work Details

• - Working Days: 5 days
• - Shifts: Day shifts US rotational shifts
• - Transportation: 2-way transport up to 30 km for eligible US rotational-shift processes
  
  

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Communicate with customers through voice, chat or email
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach
• Follow company processes, quality standards and performance guidelines
• Mandatory experience in Hospital Billing (HB) or Physician Billing (PB).
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Denial Management.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Perform AR follow-up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
• Make outbound calls to insurance payers to check claim status and payment updates.
• Identify and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
• Handle denial management, claim corrections, and appeals as required.
• Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls as per process requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Understand customer issues and identify appropriate solutions.
  
  

Eligibility

• - Freshers and candidates with 0-4 years of experience can apply
• - Good communication skills in English
• - Basic computer knowledge
• - Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
• - Willingness to work in day or rotational shifts
