Hiring: Customer Success Manager / Account Delivery Manager Staffing_ Global SI Accounts
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 4–7 Years
CTC: Upto 12 LPA
Role:
Manage and grow active Global SI accounts, drive delivery, client relationships, account expansion (ECNB), MBR/QBRs, SLAs, and escalations.
Must Have:
• 4–7 yrs in Account Management / Client Success / Delivery Management – Staffing/IT Services
• Experience in account growth / ECNB
• Strong staffing delivery metrics: Submissions, TAT, Offer-to-Join, SLAs
• Excellent senior stakeholder & client management skills
• Knowledge of Contract Staffing, Mark-up, Margins & SLAs
