Position: Customer Service Executive

Salary: 17,500 Take-Home

Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Age Limit: Up to 32 years

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with account and service-related issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable with rotational day shifts and weekly offs.

Shift Timings: 8 AM - 5 PM | 9 AM - 6 PM | 10 AM - 7 PM

Week Off: Rotational

Location: Kapurbavadi Junction, Thane West
