Hiring Customer Service(Inbound calling) For Vikhroli location

We are hiring Customer Service Agent for our client -ports & shipping company for Vikhroli East location.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer queries through calls, emails and cases.

• Provide timely updates to customers on shipment status, bookings, documentation and operational changes.

• Proactively communicate relevant shipment updates and follow up on pending actions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and requests within agreed timelines.

• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the relevant systems/tools.

• Follow standard processes and guidelines while ensuring a good customer experience.

• Track open cases/requests and ensure appropriate follow-up until closure.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant team/manager.

• Support the team with daily operational activities, reports and other customer-service related tasks as required.

• Demonstrate good communication, customer handling and coordination skills

Preferred candidate profile

1+ Years of experience in Customer Support operations.
