Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support / BPO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
