Location: Gurgaon
Role: Customer Service Executive – Chat Process
Education: Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Chat Process
CTC: 32,000
Working Days: 5 days a week
Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs
Cab Facility: Available for both sides
Communication: Excellent communication skills required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through chat support.
  • Maintain high-quality customer interactions while meeting process and productivity targets.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and professional responses to customers and maintain a positive customer experience.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with 6+ months of chat process experience
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Candidates comfortable working from Gurgaon location
