We Are Hiring for Our Upcoming Gold Loan Branches in Hyderabad at the Following Locations:

• Hayatnagar
• Moosapet
• RC puram, Hyderabad
• Suraram
• Toli chowki, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Service

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management

2. Gold Loan Processing Support

• Assist customers with gold loan application process
• Coordinate with appraisers for gold valuation
• Ensure proper documentation for loan processing
• Verify KYC documents as per regulatory and company guidelines

3. Operational Activities

• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details
• Support disbursement and closure of gold loans
• Handle cash transactions (if required) and maintain records
• Ensure branch-level compliance with audit and operational standards

4. Cross-Selling & Target Achievement

• Promote gold loan products and allied financial services
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance or other products
• Support branch in achieving business targets

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC norms
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit purposes
• Report discrepancies or suspicious activities to management

Qualification and skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 0 - 3 years of experience in customer service / banking / NBFC / gold loan sector
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
