Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to services, billing, or support
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records

Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Telugu preferred for domestic process)
- Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate / Undergraduates can apply

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (for international process)
- Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
