The role of a CRM Testing Specialist involves a range of responsibilities and skills that are essential for ensuring the reliability and functionality of CRM systems. Here are some key aspects of the job description:

• Responsibilities: Conducting functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for CRM applications. Collaborating with the CRM development team to ensure consistent project execution. Identifying and documenting bugs, and creating and maintaining documentation for quality assurance procedures.

• Skills Required: Proficiency in software testing methodologies, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of CRM systems, customer service, and data management. Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM is preferred.

• Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with testing tools and methodologies is a must.
