Hiring Campaign Executives - Immediate joiners

Around 80% of your day will be implementation - pulling data, cleaning sheets, segmenting users, setting up PN, Whatsapp, Emailers & SMS campaigns on Moengage, and tracking delivery reports. The remaining 20%? Understanding the why behind what you're doing, passing on the feedback to teams on campaign performance against benchmarks, learning how user journeys work and how small actions lead to big engagement. If you like working with numbers and in systems where consistency, accuracy, and timing make all the difference, you'll fit right in.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Set up and schedule CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS. • Manage campaign configurations on MoEngage (don't worry, we'll train you!) & other CRM automation tools. • Pull, clean, and maintain datasets - making sure every list is accurate and ready on time. • Track campaign performance: delivery, clicks, and engagement - and flag anything unusual. • Maintain campaign records and documentation for easy reference and reporting. • Support the CRM Manager in executing larger campaign plans & GTMs • Ensure error-free, timely execution - because every detail matters.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Must-haves • Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, Netcore, Bik or other similar platforms. • Basic understanding of metrics like delivery rates, CTR, or CVR, conversions. • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and can handle large sets of numbers without blinking.

Salary Upto 3.2LPA (Based on last experience and knowledge)
