Key Responsibilities

• Conduct annual credit reviews for existing and new counterparties.
• Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
• Assign and recommend appropriate credit limits based on risk exposure.
• Review payment behavior, payment terms, mark-to-market exposure, and PFE calculations.
• Prepare and review credit scorecards for higher-value exposures.
• Perform credit history, compliance, and risk assessments.
• Conduct intuitive grading where financial information is limited.
• Support insurance validation and open credit risk mitigation activities.
• Monitor portfolio risk and support approval processes aligned with company policies.
• Create and maintain risk reports and dashboards using Tableau and Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in SAP and related systems.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, KPI monitoring, and audit compliance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Market Risk, and other global stakeholders.
• Coach and support new team members while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• MBA, CA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in Credit Risk, Risk Management, Commercial Credit, Trade Finance, Accounting, or Financial Analysis.
• Exposure to Commodity, Agribusiness, Food Processing, Trading, Banking, Shared Services, or Financial Services environments will be advantageous.
