Hiring: Cosmetics Formulator | Biotek India, Vadodara

Biotek India, a cosmetics and personal care manufacturer with units in Makarpura and Mangrol, Vadodara, is looking for a Cosmetics Formulator to join our R&D team.

Role:

• Develop new formulations: creams, lotions, serums, face wash, micellar water, body sprays and color cosmetics
• Reformulate and optimize existing products for cost, stability and performance
• Run lab trials and stability studies, and support scale-up to production
• Prepare INCI lists, formula documents and technical data for clients
• Coordinate with QC, production and suppliers on raw materials
• Support CDSCO and BIS regulatory documentation

Requirements:

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, or Cosmetic Technology
• 1-3 years of experience in cosmetic formulation (freshers with strong lab skills can also apply)
• Knowledge of emulsions, surfactants, actives and preservative systems
• Understanding of stability testing and Indian cosmetic regulations
