Hiring - Collection Officers

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for timely repayment of EMI dues.
• Handle delinquent accounts and ensure reduction in overdue cases.
• Conduct field visits for collection and customer meetings.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries related to dues.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Identify skip cases and coordinate with agencies for recovery.
• Maintain accurate collection records and update systems regularly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and organizational compliance standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in collections/recovery, preferably in NBFC, Banking, LAP, PL, Home Loan, or Vehicle Finance.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field collections.
• Knowledge of collection processes and delinquency management.
