Hiring Client Relationship Manager | Delhi & Hyderabad Location

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with clients from the building materials industry, acting as their primary point of contact
• Handle clients across categories such as bath and sanitaryware, luxury furniture, kitchens, marble, home automation and wall decor
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers on behalf of clients
• Schedule and lead meetings between clients and designers, and follow up after each one
• Help clients get their products specified in residential and commercial projects
• Gather project enquiries from designers and pass them to the relevant clients promptly
• Share project drawings with clients and coordinate with designers on queries and revisions
• Keep clients updated on progress, enquiries and outcomes through regular reports and check-ins
• Attend curated events and industry trade fairs to expand the designer network and represent clients
