About this role
Role & responsibilities
* Supervise and manage civil and interior fit-out works at project sites.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients.
* Read and understand civil, architectural, and interior drawings.
* Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
* Check quality of workmanship and ensure proper finishing.
* Prepare daily site progress reports and coordinate material requirements.
* Take site measurements and verify quantities.
* Coordinate execution of flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting, carpentry, civil works, and other interior activities.
* Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
* Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and proper material handling.
Requirements
* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* 3 to 5 years civil and commercial interior fit-out projects.
* Good knowledge of site execution, measurements, and drawings.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
