Alternative Qualification:
Diploma in Civil Engineering candidates may also apply with relevant experience of 10+ years in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure timely execution of civil works as per project plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, material utilization, and site productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and execution plans.
• Prepare project reports and maintain site documentation.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum10 years of construction experience.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, quality control, and safety practices.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation will be preferred.

Preferred Background:

• Candidates from reputed construction, infrastructure, real estate, EPC, or industrial project companies.
• Experience in handling large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage.
