Hiring CA For finance and accounting role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including GL accounting, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and month-end closing activities.
• Review and ensure accuracy of accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, including bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
• Drive month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Work extensively on SAP for accounting transactions, reporting, reconciliations, and finance-related processes.
• Review SAP-generated reports and ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting data.
• Identify accounting/process gaps and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare and review MIS and management reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax teams, business teams, and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardisation of accounting processes.
• Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, including work allocation, review, coaching, and performance management.
• Handle client interactions and independently manage accounting deliverables and escalations.
