Spectral Consultants is hiring for one of the leading Accounting & Tax Advisory firms.

Role: Senior Associate Assurance
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 1.5–3 Years
Qualification: CA or CPA
Primary Skills: End-to-End Audit | Statutory Audit | External Audit

Responsibilities

• Handle audit engagements from planning and fieldwork through completion.
• Perform end-to-end audit procedures, including audit planning, workpaper preparation, internal control testing, substantive testing, and analytical reviews.
• Review accounting and operational processes and identify key audit risks.
• Perform audit testing in complex and higher-risk areas.
• Prepare and review financial statements and audit documentation.
• Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing matters.
• Prepare draft audit reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist with risk assessments, audit planning, and engagement programs.
• Review audit work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards.
• Manage multiple audit engagements and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to understand business requirements and resolve audit-related queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve audit efficiency, processes, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1.5–3 years of relevant experience in statutory, external, or end-to-end audit.
• Experience with U.S. Assurance engagements is preferred.
• CA (ICAI) or CPA (US) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within deadlines.
