Hiring - Business Analyst

Data Analysis: Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data.

Document Requirements:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Create detailed flow charts to identify scopes for process improvement.

Automation Solutions & Dashboard Reporting:

• Develop visualizations and ad hoc reports for presenting data-driven insights to the project team and stakeholders.
• Implement automated data processing and solutions to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Require expertise in SQL and Python, with knowledge of other data warehousing or data management tools.

Quality Assurance:

• Support the development and execution of test cases.
• Implement automated trackers to ensure data quality and alignment with business requirements.

Communication:

• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Understand problem statements and gather requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 yr of relevant experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and Advanced Excel, with familiarity in other data warehousing or data management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Prior experience in quality assurance and test case development is preferred.
