Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services / BFSI.
• Experience in Economic Capital, Solvency II, Asset & Liability Management (ALM), or Financial Risk Management.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience in preparing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis; working knowledge of Excel/Python for data validation.
• Experience in risk modelling, risk aggregation, and stress-testing workflows.
• Experience in data mapping, data dictionaries, data validation, and integration requirements.
• Hands-on experience in UAT, functional testing, and model validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial/actuarial methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
• Experience working with European clients will be an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
