Hiring BIM Engineers - Senior BIM Engineer / Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scan-to-BIM projects from point cloud to final BIM models
• Guide and support a team of BIM engineers
• Handle Architecture, Structure, and MEP coordination
• Review BIM models from internal team and vendors
• Ensure models match scan data and project requirements
• Resolve technical issues and support team in complex cases
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors
• Ensure timely delivery with required quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in BIM / Scan-to-BIM projects
• Experience in Architecture, Structure, and MEP modeling in Revit
• Strong knowledge of point cloud to BIM workflow
• Experience in clash detection and coordination (Navisworks preferred)
• Ability to review and correct BIM models
• Experience in leading or guiding a small team

Technical Skills

• Revit (Architecture + Structure + MEP)
• Point cloud / Scan-to-BIM understanding
• Navisworks (clash detection & coordination preferred)

Soft Skills

• Team handling and coordination
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in international Scan-to-BIM projects
• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred)
• Experience working with vendors / outsourced BIM teams
