Hiring: Back Office Associate (Banking ) | 6+ Months Exp | Hyd

Job Summary

We are looking for detail oriented and motivated candidates for a Banking Back Office role in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in backoffice processing, documentation verificatiion

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day banking process, back-office operations and administrative tasks.
• Process applications and customer data accurately.
• Verify customer documents and account-related information.
• Maintain and update records.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and pending cases.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and financial records.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in backoffice processing, documentation verificatiion.
• HSC or High school Diploma.
• Basic knowledge of banking processes and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
