Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager - Bulk Hiring to lead and manage high-volume recruitment operations for frontline, delivery, warehouse, logistics and other bulk hiring requirements. The ideal candidate must have mandatory prior recruitment experience for both Blinkit and Flipkart and should have strong experience in managing bulk hiring targets, recruitment teams, candidate pipelines and joining closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive Bulk/High-Volume Recruitment for multiple requirements.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Handle recruitment requirements for Blinkit and Flipkart.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to generate high-volume candidate pipelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing and screening to selection, offer and joining.
• Monitor daily recruiter productivity, CV submissions, interviews, selections, offers and joining numbers.
• Allocate requirements among recruiters and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Track recruitment TAT, conversion ratios, selection ratios and joining ratios.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring managers for requirements, candidate profiles, interview schedules and feedback.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and minimize dropouts.
• Handle candidate no-shows, dropouts, offer-related concerns and other recruitment escalations.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports.
• Identify gaps in sourcing and recruitment performance and take corrective action.
• Ensure recruiters follow proper recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate data.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing bulk hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Achieve assigned hiring targets within defined timelines and quality parameters.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant Recruitment experience.
• Mandatory experience in recruitment/hiring for BOTH Blinkit and Flipkart.
• Strong experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Recruitment / Volume Hiring.
• Experience in handling high-volume frontline hiring such as delivery executives, warehouse, logistics or other blue-collar/frontline positions.
• Proven experience in team handling and recruiter management.
• Strong client coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Candidates from staffing/recruitment consultancy backgrounds will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable working from office at Vaishali Sector 4, Ghaziabad.
