Hiring Assistant Manager (Jaipur, Rajasthan) | Nabkisan Finance Ltd.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead business development, promotion, and sourcing of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), Agri-enterprises, and other eligible borrowers through various stakeholder networks and ecosystem partners.
• Generate and convert business leads, build client relationships, and facilitate onboarding of new borrowers as well as renewal of existing accounts.
• Conduct preliminary assessment of proposals, undertake techno-financial appraisal, prepare credit notes/sanction memoranda, and coordinate with underwriting and credit teams for timely processing.
• Guide clients in documentation requirements and ensure submission of complete and accurate loan proposals.
• Manage end-to-end credit processes including documentation, disbursement, monitoring, recovery, and closure of loan accounts.
• Conduct periodic field visits, inspections, portfolio reviews, and submit monitoring reports and MIS within prescribed timelines.
• Identify early warning signals, monitor portfolio health, and implement corrective actions to maintain asset quality and minimize delinquency/NPA levels.
• Prepare and execute account-wise recovery plans, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely recovery of dues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, KYC norms, and customer service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, government agencies, FPO-promoting institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain business and portfolio data for reporting, decision-making, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements, policy enhancements, digitization initiatives, and technology adoption by working closely with relevant teams.
• Undertake capacity-building activities for clients and perform any other assignments entrusted by the organization from time to time.
• Actively partner with the IT team to identify opportunities for business process digitisation, define clear.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation Degree in Agriculture & AgriAllied / Agricultural Marketing / Agriculture Business Management / BBA

Experience

Freshers are eligible to apply. However, candidates with relevant work experience will be preferred

Other Criteria

Maximum age limit is 30 years as on the date of application.

Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English,

Hindi and Local Language of the state.

Place of Posting

The place of posting will be in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

However, depending on administrative requirement of NABKISAN candidate may be placed anywhere in the country in future.

Emoluments and service conditions.

As per industry standards

CTC includes Basic, DA, Other Allowances as per rules in force from time to time, Variable Pay, Group Insurance Policy for employees & family, Group Personal Accident Policy for employees and other statutory benefits.

Initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 2 years. The employee may be absorbed on regular roll based on satisfactory performance. For staff

candidates, earlier experience will be reckoned towards probation period.
