Role & responsibilities

• Handling end to end payroll for select countries
• 
  Publishing MIS & dashboard input
• 
  Leaves and attendance management
• 
  Full and Final Settlement
• 
  Handling payroll related compliances & statutory reports
• 
  Grievance and query handling on all aspects of Payroll
• Payroll JV and accounting knowledge
• Handling Payroll Internal & external audit

Preferred candidate profile

4 to 6 years relevant experience in managing India payroll
• Experience in In-house payroll processing is preferred
