Hiring - Assistant Branch Manager - Gold Loan - Hyderabad !!

We Are Hiring for Our Upcoming Gold Loan Branches in Hyderabad at the Following Locations:

• Hayatnagar
• Moosapet
• RC puram, Hyderabad
• Suraram, Hyderabad
• Toli chowki, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1.Gold Valuation & Appraisal: Independently evaluate and appraise permitted gold ornaments for purity, weight, quality, and eligible net gold content using approved equipment and standard valuation methods.

2. Team Management & Productivity: Supervise and coach branch staff to improve productivity, accountability, and compliance. Support business continuity in the Branch Managers absence.

3. Gold Valuation & Appraisal: Independently evaluate and appraise permitted gold ornaments for purity, weight, quality, and eligible net gold content using approved equipment and standard valuation methods .

4. Gold Custody & Vault Management: Ensure pledged gold is packed, sealed, labelled, stored, moved, released, and reconciled in accordance with approved company procedures.

5. Business Growth & Sales: Support achievement of branch business targets for Gold Loan disbursements, portfolio growth, renewals, and customer acquisition.

6. Branch Operations & Service Delivery: Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day branch operations in line with approved policies and operating procedures. Monitor operational turnaround times and ensure adherence to service quality standards.

7. Customer Service & Branch Administration Ensure delivery of superior customer service through prompt response, transparency, and efficient query resolution.

Qualifications and skills:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in Gold Loans, Banking, NBFC, or Retail Lending.
• Hands-on experience in gold valuation and appraisal is required.
• Exposure to gold loan operations, custody, compliance, and customer service preferred.
• Post-Graduation/MBA in Finance, Banking, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred, gold valuation/assaying certification is preferred, any graduate can also apply
