Hiring: ASP.NET WebForms Developer (.NET Framework 4.5 | SQL Server | RDLC)

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

ASP.NET WebForms Developer to join our engineering team. You will work on enterprise-grade applications in the Healthcare and ERP domain, maintaining and enhancing mission-critical systems used by thousands of users. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy solving complex business problems, writing efficient SQL, and working with large-scale database-driven applications. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance ASP.NET WebForms applications using .NET Framework 4.5.
• Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Develop and maintain RDLC reports.
• Analyze and optimize slow-performing SQL queries and application modules.
• Debug production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with UI developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Follow coding standards, version control practices, and documentation guidelines. Required Skills
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET WebForms.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework 4.5 or above.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong experience in:
• Stored Procedures
• Views
• Functions
• Triggers
• Query Optimization
• Database Design
• Experience with RDLC Report development.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Experience with IIS deployment and application configuration.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control. Preferred Skills
• Experience working on Hospital Management Systems (HMS), ERP, Education, or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Exposure to ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core is an added advantage.
